Introduction to Portrait Photography covers everything you need to get a grounding in studio and location portrait photography.
I’ll teach you about working with, and metering for, both flash and continuous lighting, including the different modifiers I use, and share a selection of easy to understand lighting diagrams. A
narrated look behind the scenes of an actual test shoot will allow you not only see what I do, but
also understand the thinking behind the techniques used.
The format is based on my popular in-person workshops. Across 7 informative video chapters
(total duration over 2.5hrs) I share everything I know about portrait photography and yes, there’s
a whole section on the topic I get most questions about: directing and working with your subjects.
